Our items are hand made and our fabrics are often ordered in small quantities. Items made in limited quantities may or may not restock once sold out.
For sold out items, please sign up for our email alerts on the product's page for updates on product availability.
You can shop by product category using the links in the drop down shop menu to find what you are looking for. Click on the product image to open up additional information about it, then click on the ''PURCHASE'' button to pay for it. You can still continue browsing the online store or directly go to your cart to review and amend the contents of your basket or to complete your order. You will need to register your personal information with us before your order can be processed.
Electronic gift cards (e-cards) may be purchased through our website (www.chichilamour.com). It will be emailed to the recipient within 24 hours of submitting your order. E-cards and physical gift cards can be used on www.chichilamour.com.
Gift cards cannot be purchased or redeemed outside the US. E-gift cards will be sent within 24 hours directly to the recipient email provided in the order. Please allow 1 hour for the order confirmation email to be sent to the e-gift card purchaser.
- You can trust that your order will be quickly and effectively processed and safely delivered.
- We can ship products anywhere in the United States via USPS.
- When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.
- Most orders will ship within 72-96 hours, however we ask for 5-7 business days for order processing prior to shipping. Please keep in mind that this could vary depending on holidays and sales.
- Once we dispatch your order for delivery you will receive a unique tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking info to update.
- You'll receive an email notification once we create a label, but your tracking info will not update until it's scanned and received by the shipping carrier.
- If your tracking information states your order was delivered and you believe this to be an error, please contact your local post office.
Returns & Cancellations
All sales are final.
We accept returns for a refund or exchange for items damaged in transit.
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time, for any reason.
We ask for 7-10 business days for order processing. Please keep in mind that this could vary depending on holidays and sales. Once your order is processed and we've dispatched your order for delivery, you will receive a unique tracking number. Please however allow 24 hours for tracking info to update. You'll receive an email notification once we create a label but your tracking info will not update until it's scanned and received by the shipping carrier.
At this time we only ship within the U.S., however international shipping may be offered directly via our eCommerce store in the near future.
