ORDERING PROCESS & PROCEDURES
You can trust that your order will be quickly and effectively processed and safely delivered.
We can ship products anywhere in the United States through our currently available shipping method of choice.
For orders outside the U.S., please submit a form to CONTACT US directly about the logistical feasibility of completing your request.
When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.
Most of orders will ship within 72-96 hours although we ask for 5-7 business days for processing on all orders. Please keep in mind that this could vary depending on holidays and sales.
Once we dispatch your order for delivery you will receive a unique tracking number, however please allow 24 hours for tracking info to update.
You'll receive an email notification once we create a label but your tracking info will not update until it's scanned and received by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking information states your order was delivered and you believe this to be an error, please contact your local post office.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
We currently ship through USPS.
- We reserve the right to substitute a shipping method if the requested shipping method is not available for your address.
Domestic Shipping Options
- Our Priority Mail Option is a flat rate of $6.00 per order for one item and .75 for each additional item purchased. Delivery is 2-3 business days.
- Our Priority Express Option is a flat rate of $20 per order for 1 item, and $3 for each additional item. Delivery is is 1 to 2 business days.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
All sales are final.
We accept returns for a refund or exchange for items damaged in transit.
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time, for any reason.
