ORDERING PROCESS & PROCEDURES

  • You can trust that your order will be quickly and effectively processed and safely delivered.

  • We can ship products anywhere in the United States via USPS.

  • When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. 

  • Most orders will ship within 72-96 hours, however we ask for 5-7 business days for order processing prior to shipping. Please keep in mind that this could vary depending on holidays and sales.

  • Once we dispatch your order for delivery you will receive a unique tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking info to update.

  • You'll receive an email notification once we create a label, but your tracking info will not update until it's scanned and received by the shipping carrier.

  • If your tracking information states your order was delivered and you believe this to be an error, please contact your local post office.

We currently ship through USPS.

  • We reserve the right to substitute a shipping method if the requested shipping method is not available for your address.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Returns

All sales are final.

 We accept returns for a refund or exchange for items damaged in transit.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. 

We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time, for any reason.
